With regards to the Exchange's queries on the sharp increase in price and high volume of WIJAYA's shares recently, the Board of Directors of WIJAYA hereby declare:-
(i) that there is no material development in the Company's business and affairs not previously disclosed;
(ii) that there is no impending change in the major shareholders; and
(iii) that we are not aware of any rumour or other conditions exist, nor in our knowledge, any reason to account for the unusual market action.
