We refer to your letter dated 14 February 2000 with regards to the above matter.
As requested, we wish to advise that :-
1. There are no material developments in the Company’s business and affairs which have not been previously disclosed;
2. We have not received from any party notice of any impending change in the major shareholders; and
3. We have no knowledge of any other reasons to account for the unusual market action.
We also declare that none of the listed situations/events in your letter of 14 February 2000 contributed to the unusual market activities in the Company’s shares during the period in question.
