We wish to advise that there is no material development in the Company's business and affairs not previously disclosed which would have contributed to the sharp increase in the price and turnover of Konsortium shares.
The unusual market action recently is in tandem with the share price movements exhibited by other public companies listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.
We would make the appropriate announcement should there be any material development affecting the Company's business.
