We refer to your query letter HH-000911-57575 dated 11 September 2000 in respect of the sentence " ....Konsortium is considering acquiring.....Integrated Logistics Bhd......" in the article entitled : "Transformation blues" appearing in the The Edge,on Monday, 11 September 2000.
The Board of Directors of ILB confirm that, after due and diligent enquiry with all directors, substantial shareholders and all such persons reasonably familiar with the matter above , they are not aware of any ongoing negotiations between any directors and/or substantial shareholders pertaining to any sale of their shareholdings in ILB to Konsortium.

11 September 2000, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the underlined sentence
which is reproduced as follows:-
