We refer to our announcement on 6 December 2000 and 7 December 2000 on the above matter.
Please be informed that, we have received two notifications on 11 December 2000 from one of our major shareholder, Reka Sehati Sdn Bhd that they have disposed 1,952,000 shares and 150,000 shares on 4 December 2000 respectively which make up to a total disposal of 2,102,000 CCM Bioscience Berhad’s shares.
The Company will furnish the Exchange with more information upon receipt of confirmation from the remaining existing major shareholders, if any.
