Reference is made to the announcement made by the Company on 21 May 2019 in relation to the default in payment pursuant to Paragraph 9.19A of the Listing Requirements. The Board wishes to inform that the loan facility is still in default as at the date of this announcement. The Board is still in midst of formulating a plan to regularise its financial conditions that will include proposals to address this default.
Further announcement will be made as and when necessary to Bursa Securities with regards to the development of the above matter.
