In relation to the Announcement dated 16 January 2020, PBJV Group Sdn Bhd clarifies that the Statutory Notice issued under Section 465 and 466 of the Companies Act 2016 to Petronas Carigall Sdn Bhd dated 15 January 2020 demands only the sum of RM118,193.52.
The supporting documents and acknowledgments originally support the sum of RM477,467.37. However, for the purpose of the proceeding under Section 465 and 466 of the Companies Act 2016, the outstanding sum of RM118,193.52 is viewed as the debt without legal dispute.
