Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(37) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”) and further to the submission of the Company’s Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2020 to Bursa Malaysia on 30 October 2020, the Board of Directors of BARAKAH wishes to announce that Messrs. Morison AAC PLT, the Company’s Independent Auditors, had expressed a disclaimer of opinion in the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2020.
