We refer to the announcement dated 14 February 2001 pertaining to the above matter and your letter dated 15 Februrary 2001. We wish to provide the following information in response to queries raised in the said letter.
(1) Based on the latest audited accounts for the financial period ended 30 September 2000, Ratus Menara Sdn. Bhd. registered a net loss of RM95,576.
(2) The Sale and Purchase Agreement can be inspected at TB264, Lot 4, 1st Floor, Block 27, Fajar Complex, Jalan Mahkamah, 91000 Tawau from Monday to Friday during normal business hours from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
