Following the above acquisition, Century Onsys Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Dwialam Teknologi Sdn. Bhd.) became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Century Logistics Sdn. Bhd. 2.. Financial Effects The above acquisition does not have any material effects on the earnings per share, gearing and net assets per share of the Century Group. 3. Directors' and Major Shareholders' Interests None of the directors and/or major shareholders of Century and/or persons connected to them, has any interests, direct or indirect in the above acquisition. 4.
