| Shareholders' approval for the Rights Issue of Warrants was obtained on 17 March 2011. The abridged prospectus together with the rights subscription form and the notice of provisional allotment (collectively referred to as “Documents”) in relation to the Rights Issue of Warrants will be despatched on 5 April 2011 to the entitled shareholders of PWP whose names appear on the Record of Depositors of PWP on 1 April 2011. The Documents will not be registered under any legislation of any foreign jurisdiction, and the Rights Issue of Warrants will not be made or offered in any foreign jurisdiction. Accordingly, the Documents will not be sent to foreign entitled shareholders of PWP: (i) who do not have a registered address in Malaysia in the Record of Depositors; or (ii) who have not provided the Share Registrar with a registered address in Malaysia in writing not later than 5.00 p.m. on 1 April 2011, being the entitlement date for the Rights Issue of Warrants.
