| A maximum of 18,743,375 Bonus Shares will be allotted and issued on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every four (4) existing AHB Shares held at 5.00 p.m. on 18 June 2010. The date of listing of and quotation for the Bonus Issue to be issued on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad will be at 9.00 a.m. on 21 June 2010, being the market day immediately following the Entitlement Date. Tricor Investor Services Sdn Bhd, the registrar of AHB, will issue and despatch the notice of allotment to all entitled shareholders on or before 25 June 2010.
