| On 6 April 2011, the shareholders of RHB Capital approved the: (i) final dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2010 of 21.38 sen less 25% tax (“Final Dividend”); and (ii) dividend reinvestment plan that provides the shareholders of RHB Capital the option to elect to reinvest their cash dividend in new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in RHB Capital (“RHB Capital Shares”) (“Dividend Reinvestment Plan”). The entire Final Dividend may be elected to be reinvested in new RHB Capital Shares in accordance with the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, equivalent to 21.38 sen less 25% tax (16.04 sen net per ordinary share). On behalf of the Board of Directors of RHB Capital, RHB Investment Bank Berhad announced on even date, that the issue price of new RHB Capital Shares to be issued pursuant to the Dividend Reinvestment Plan has been fixed at RM7.56.
