Further to our announcement on 6 May 2004, Employees Provident Fund Board has confirmed being approached and interest expressed to acquire the Fund's shareholdings in the Company. Amanah Raya Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd-Skim Amanah Saham Bumiputera, however, has confirmed no knowledge of the issues discussed in the article.

2004, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
