On behalf of the Board of Directors, we wish to confirm the incorporation of two new companies namely CSM dotCom Sdn Bhd and CSM Media Sdn Bhd on 30 March 2000 and 8 April 2000 respectively by promoters who are directors of CSM Corporation Berhad. However, acquisitions of the entire equity of both companies by CSM Corporation Berhad were finalised recently.

We refer to your announcement dated 17 April 2000.
The Exchange notes that CSM Corporation Berhad ("CSM" or "the Company") had on
30 March 2000 and 8 April 2000 incorporated CSM dotcom Sdn Bhd and CSM Media
Sdn Bhd respectively.
In this connection, kindly furnish the Exchange with the following additional
information for public release:-
1) total purchase consideration;
2) the number of shares acquired;
3) the issued and paid-up capital; and
4) whether the companies have commenced operations as at to date and if yes,
