(1) The net book value of The Said Land based on Synergy Merge Sdn. Bhd.
("SMSB")'s last audited accounts.
(2) Salient features of the conditional Sale And Purchase Agreement and the
valuation report.
(3) Brief details of SMSB.
(4) Particulars of all liabilities to be assumed by your Company arising from
the Proposed Acquisition.
(5) SMSB's original cost of investment in The Said Land and the date of such
investment.
Kindly furnish the Exchange with your reply within two (2) market days from the
date hereof.
