We refer to the earlier announcements dated 25 November 2013, 13 December 2013 and 30 December 2013 in relation to the Bonus Issue of Warrants. On behalf of the Board of Directors of EAH, RHB Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the Company had resolved to fix the exercise price of the Warrants at RM0.18 each. The exercise price per Warrant represents a discount of approximately 5.56% to the five (5)-day weighted average market price of EAH Shares as traded on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad up to and including 7 February 2014 of RM0.19 per EAH Share.
