The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Corporate Exercises.
We refer to our earlier announcements dated 18 March 2015, 2 April 2015, 30 April 2015 and 19 June 2015.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of EAH, RHB Investment Bank Berhad ("RHBIB") wishes to announce that:-
i. the exact number of Bonus Shares to be listed and quoted on 7 July 2015 is 170,070,600 Bonus Shares;
ii. the exact number of additional Warrants A to be listed and quoted on 7 July 2015 consequential to the Bonus Issue is 30,212,649 Warrants A;
iii. the new exercise price for the Warrants A is RM0.25 per Warrant A;
iv. the exact number of additional Warrants B to be listed and quoted on 7 July 2015 consequential to the Bonus Issue is 24,555,364 Warrants B;
v. the new exercise price for the Warrants B is RM0.12 per Warrant B;
vi. the exact number of additional Warrants C to be listed and quoted on 7 July 2015 consequential to the Bonus Issue is 42,517,650 Warrants C; and
vii. the new exercise price for the Warrants B is RM0.10 per Warrant C.
The above will be in effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 7 July 2015.
