The change in financial year end is to enable EAH and its subsidiary companies to avoid the peak period as most companies adopted 31 December as their financial year ends, and also in consideration of the workload of our finance personnel during the period from December to March as these months are usually busy months due to staff appraisal reviews, budget preparations and staff leaves due to festive holidays.
