EA HOLDINGS BERHAD ("EAH" or "the Company") The Board of Directors of EAH wishes to announce that Messrs STYL Associates had, on 17 February 2017, given notice in writing to the Directors of their intention to resign as Auditors of the Company. Pursuant to Section 280(2) of the Companies Act, 2016, their resignation will be effective after twenty-one days from which the notice is given.
Further, the Board of Directors also wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders.
