EA HOLDINGS BERHAD ( “EAH” or “the Company”) Amendment announcement to rectify the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2016 from Section 280(2) to 281(2). The Board of Directors of EAH wishes to announce that Messrs STYL Associates had, on 17 February 2017(Notice date), given notice in writing to the Directors of their intention to resign as Auditors of the Company. Pursuant to Section 281(2) of the Companies Act 2016, their resignation will be effective after twenty-one days from the Notice Date. Further, the Board of Directors also wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders.
