The Board of Directors of EAH ("Board") is pleased to announce that a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, namely EASS Sdn Bhd, had on 15 July 2013, accepted a Letter of Award dated 12 July 2012 issued by Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia ("LHDNM") for the provision of licensing renewal and maintenance services for mainframe support software (“the Project”). The Project value is Ringgit Malaysia Eleven Million Nine Hundred And Ninety Eight Thousand Four Hundred And Eighty Only (RM11,998,480.00) and is expected to be delivered over a period of three (3) years and five (5) months from 1 September 2013 until 31 January 2017. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the EAH and its subsidiaries ("Group") for the duration of the Project. The Project is in the ordinary course of business of the Company and is not subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company or any other relevant government authorities in Malaysia. None of the Directors or major shareholders or persons connected to the Directors or major shareholders has any direct or indirect interest in the Project.
