We refer to the proposed utilisation of proceeds raised from the public issue as disclosed in the prospectus of EAH dated 28 June 2010 ("Prospectus") that was issued in relation with the listing of EAH on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 20 July 2010.

The Board of Directors of EAH ("Board") wishes to announce that it had on 29 November 2012 resolved to vary the utilisation of the balance of proceeds of RM1.50 million earmarked for business expansion of the Company and its subsidiaries ("Group") ("Balance Proceeds") to the working capital of the Group. This is in view that the Group was not able to identify any viable business expansion plans to countries beyond the ASEAN region within the intended timeframe as set out in the Prospectus.

In addition, the Board had also on the even date resolved to extend the timeframe for the utilisation of the Balance Proceeds for working capital for a further period of 12 months until 19 July 2013 to facilitate the utilisation of the Balance Proceeds.

The Board is of the opinion that the variation and extension of timeframe for the utilisation of the Balance Proceeds is in the best interest of the Company.

The details on the current status of the utilisation of proceeds and the extension of timeframe for the utilisation of the Balance Proceeds are set out in the attachment.
