("EMSB") has on 21 April 2015, received a Letter of Award dated 15 April 2015 from TWY Development Sdn Bhd to undertake earthworks, piling and pilecaps and basement works of a proposed service apartment together with podium and basement project on Lot 57503, Jalan 4/70C, Mont' Kiara, Mukim Batu, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan (the "Contract").
