(“EMSB”) has on 21 February 2017, received a Letter of Award dated 16 February 2017 from Domain Resources Sdn. Bhd. to undertake contiguous bored pile, piling works, basement structure works and earthworks of a mixed development comprising of a 9-block office, 3-block serviced apartments on top of a 4-storey retail podium with 1-storey lower ground and 8-storey basement at Lot 54325, Jalan Damanlela, Off Lebuhraya Sprint, Pusat Bandar Damansara, Mukim Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan (the “Contract”).
