The Board of Directors of Econpile Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Econpile (M) Sdn. Bhd. had on 12 November 2021, received a Letter of Acceptance dated 12 November 2021 from Cosmo Property Management Sdn. Bhd. to undertake the construction and completion of sub-structure works - piling, pile cap, secant piled wall, basement and associated works for a mixed development comprising an 18-storey service apartment block, a 11-storey SOHO block on top of a 7-storey office and medical centre podium with commercial space with single-storey partial basement carpark and 2-storey basement carpark at Lot 91968, Jalan PJU 1A/20, Mukim Damansara, Daerah Petaling, Selangor Darul Ehsan for a total contract sum of RM33,208,700.00.
