FBO-EXPIRY AND FINAL EXERCISE OF WARRANTS 2002/2005 ("WARRANTS")

LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 34080 OF 2005
Kindly be advised of the following:
(i) FBO's Warrants will expire at 5.00 p.m., on Monday, 19 December 2005.
(ii) Trading in FBO's Warrants will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 2 December 2005 in order to facilitate the final exercise of the Warrants.
(iii) FBO's Warrants will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 20 December 2005.
