Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 29 December 2010 in relation to the disposal of Discover Orient Holidays Sdn Bhd to an unrelated party, Matrix Merchant Sdn Bhd (Company No. 920374-T) (now known as Matrix Triumph Sdn. Bhd.) (“Purchaser”) (“the said Disposal”) for a total consideration of RM6,900,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Six Million and Nine Hundred Thousand) only for cash (“Consideration”). The Company wishes to further announce that the Company has received the full Consideration for the said Disposal from the Purchaser and the said Disposal is hereby completed on 18 April 2011.
