DescriptionDISPOSAL OF LANDS BY INDIRECT WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY COMPANY, FBO LAND (SERENDAH) SDN. BHD.

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 14 October 2011 in relation to the disposal of following lands all in the Mukim of Serendah, District of Ulu Selangor and State of Selangor by its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, FBO Land (Serendah) Sdn. Bhd. to an unrelated party, Jubilant Courtyard Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 935454-M) for a total consideration of RM38.4 million only.

            Geran 44426 Lot No. 1115 with an area measuring approximately 21.3471 hectares

            Geran 45140 Lot No. 1263 with an area measuring approximately 8.0912 hectares

            Geran 45141 Lot No. 1264 with an area measuring approximately 4.9093 hectares

            Geran 37880 Lot No. 1942 with an area measuring approximately 65.8625 hectares

            Geran 51351 Lot No. 2061 with an area measuring approximately 4.057 hectares

            Geran 51352 Lot No. 2062 with an area measuring approximately 4.057 hectares

            Geran 46257 Lot No. 1728 with an area measuring approximately 80.9876 hectares

             

The Company wishes to further announce that the said transaction is hereby completed on 27 December 2011.
