i) 84,000 ordinary shares of RM0.50 each are registered in the name of his brother, Mr Tan Chin Hao, by virtue of Section 122A of the Companies Act, 1965;

(ii) 17,670,000 ordinary shares of RM0.50 each are registered in the name of Prestige Pavilion Sdn Bhd by virtue of Section 6A of the Companies Act, 1965;

(iii) 488,700 ordinary shares of RM0.50 each are registered in the name of Danhwa Holding Sdn Bhd by virtue of Section 6A of the Companies Act, 1965; and

(iv) 91,228 ordinary shares of RM0.50 each are registered in the name of his sister, Ms Adeline Tan Wan Chen, by virtue of Section 122A of the Companies Act, 1965.
