The Board of Directors of Furqan Business Organisation Berhad ("FBO" or the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to seek the approval from its shareholders on the following proposals at the forthcoming Twelfth Annual General Meeting:

1.  Authority to issue shares pursuant to Section 132D of the Companies Act, 1965 ("Proposed Authority to Issue Shares")

2. Change of name to "EastLand Equity Bhd".  The said proposed name was approved by the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 14 May 2012. ("Proposed Change of Name")

3. Amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company in with with the amendments to Chapter of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Proposed Amendments of the Articles of Association")
