The terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement released on 6 November 2017 unless otherwise stated.
We refer to the announcements in relation to the Proposals released on 6 November 2017, 12 March 2018 and 13 March 2018.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that FBO had on 4 July 2018 written to PCK to request for an extension of time for a further 6 months from 1 June 2018 to 30 November 2018 for FBO to obtain/fulfil the Conditions Precedent (“Extension Sought”).
On 4 July 2018, PCK had agreed to grant FBO the Extension Sought.
Save for the Extension Sought, all other terms and conditions as stated in the SPA remain unchanged.
