The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its' shareholders’ approval for the proposed adoption of new Constitution of the Company at the forthcoming Nineteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The proposed new Constitution is to align with the Companies Act 2016, the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and prevailing statutory and regulatory requirements of the relevant authorities.
The details of the proposed new Constitution will be distributed to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
