The terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement made on 24 April 2019 in relation to the Proposed Share Issuance unless otherwise stated.

We refer to the announcements dated 24 April 2019 and 30 April 2019 in relation to the Proposed Share Issuance.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities has vide its letter dated 9 May 2019 approved the listing of and quotation for up to 49,133,595 new Eastland Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Share Issuance on the Main Market of Bursa Securities subject to the following conditions:

(i) Eastland and RHB Investment Bank must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Share Issuance;

(ii) Eastland and RHB Investment Bank to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Share Issuance;

(iii) Eastland to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Share Issuance is completed; and

(iv) Eastland to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the shareholders in general meeting approving the Proposed Share Issuance.
