The terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement made on 24 April 2019 in relation to the Share Issuance unless otherwise stated. We refer to the announcements dated 24 April 2019, 30 April 2019, 9 May 2019 and 14 June 2019 in relation to the Share Issuance. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the issue price for the Subscription Shares has been fixed on 19 June 2019 (“Price-Fixing Date”) at RM0.0861 per Subscription Share. The issue price of RM0.0861 per Subscription Share represents the 5-day VWAMP of Eastland Shares up to and including the Price-Fixing Date of RM0.0861 per Eastland Share.
