Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 3 October 2019, 4 October 2019 and 22 October 2019 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement ("Earlier Announcements").  Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as those previously defined in the Earlier Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 23 October 2019, approved the listing and quotation of up to 29,480,157 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement subject to the following conditions:-

1. Eastland and AmInvestment Bank must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements (“LR”) pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;
2. Eastland and AmInvestment Bank to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement; and
3. Eastland to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed.
