Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 3 October 2019, 4 October 2019, 22 October 2019 and 23 October 2019 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement ("Earlier Announcements"). On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank is pleased to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of the Placement Shares at RM0.0841 per Placement Share to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement (“Issue Price”).
The Issue Price of RM0.0841 per Placement Shares represents a discount of approximately RM0.0093 or 9.96% to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of Eastland Shares up to 25 October 2019 of RM0.0934 (Source: Bloomberg). |
