Further to the announcements made on 22 May 2013, 6 June 2013, 7 June 2013, 12 June 2013 and 14 June 2013 respectively, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Plaintiffs to the Originating Summons No. 24NCC-193-06/2013 namely, Chong Oi Ling, Poh Shiow Woan and Melvinyeo Kiandee and the Company have by way of a Consent Order agreed to adjourn the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Monday, 17 June 2013 to a date to be fixed by the Board of Directors after the determination and disposal of the said Originating Summons.
