EEB wishes to announce that the Company’s Annual Report 2019 and Corporate Governance Report 2019 are now available on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s website and the Company’s website at www.eeb.com.my.

Following the Movement Control Order (“MCO”) period from 18 March 2020 to 12 May 2020, Conditional Movement Control Order (“CMCO”) from 13 May 2020 to 9 June 2020 and Recovery Movement Control Order (“RMCO”) from 10 June 2020 to 31 August 2020 as announced by the Honourable Prime Minister, we are closely monitoring the development of the COVID-19 pandemic and will determine the appropriate time to schedule the Twentieth Annual General Meeting (“20th AGM”) of the Company.

The Notice of 20th AGM of the Company will be announced separately in due course.

Shareholders are encouraged to download and refer to the digital Annual Report 2019 published in the Company’s website http://www.eeb.com.my. Any request for a printed copy of the Annual Report 2019 will be provided upon receipt of the requisition.
