On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, we wish to announce on the following changes to Remuneration Committee with effect from 13 August 2013:-
1. Mr Lim Thian Loong was re-designated from Member of the Remuneration Committee to Chairman of the Remuneration Commitee.

2. Mr Petrus Gimbad was re-designated from Chairman of the Remuneration Committee to Member of the Remuneration Committee.

Subsequent to the above changes, the composition of the Remuneration Committee shall comprise the following members:-

i) Mr Lim Thian Loong (Chairman)

ii) Dato' Faruk Bin Othman (Member)

iii) Mr Petrus Gimbad (Member)
