| Contents | The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to furnish the undermentioned additional information further to the announcement on 1 July 2010 pertaining to the Writ of Summon (Dalam Mahkamah Tinggi Malaya Di Kuala Lumpur (Bahagian Sivil) Guaman No : S-22-936-2009 commenced by Bennes Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (In Liquidation) (“Plaintiff”). The Company wish to inform that the Company neither aware nor have a record of the Settlement Agreement dated 29 July 1998. The Company solicitor had on 2 July 2010 entered appearance to act for the Company and within 14 days thereon the plaintiff is required to serve on the Company a Statement of Claim. The Company are now unable to ascertain the particular of the claim until the Statement of Claim is served and a copy of the said settlement agreement is obtained from the plaintiff. The Company will make the necessary announcement in due course. |
