The Company wishes to announce that FBO Land (Setapak) Sdn. Bhd. (“FBO Setapak””), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 24 December 2012 received a letter dated 19 December 2012 from the solicitors of CIMB Bank Berhad (“CIMB”) in relation to the amount due and payable under the Guaranteed Secured Term Loan of RM7,586,400.00 (“GSTL”) and Non Guaranteed Convertible Secured Term Loan of RM1,745,705.00 (“NGCSTL”) granted to FBO Setapak by CIMB Bank Berhad.

CIMB demand for the repayment of the total sum of RM3,148,497.33 as at 11 October 2012 together with continuing interest thereon.

The Company is arranging to meet up with CIMB to resolve the matter amicably.
