Bhd. pursuant to Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016, as follows: (i) Leading Ventures Sdn Bhd - 1,208,251,511 Ordinary Shares (ii) Malacca Equity Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd Leading Ventures Sdn Bhd - 95,384,615 Ordinary Shares The percentage of indirect interest upon the acquisition of 446,200 shares (traded on 17 January 2024) as announced by the Company on 19 January 2024 shall be adjusted accordingly. The percentage of indirect interest is based on the total issued share capital of 2,505,415,575 Ordinary Shares. |
