The Board of Inch Kenneth Kajang Rubber Public Limited Company ("IKKR") wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary company, Inch Kenneth Development (M) Sdn Bhd, has acquired the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Seleksi Intensif (M) Sdn Bhd ("Seleksi Intensif"), a company incorporated in Malaysia.

Seleksi Intensif is currently a dormant company.

None of the Directors, substantial shareholders and persons connected with the Directors and substantial shareholders of IKKR has any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the above acquisition.
