The Board of Directors of JcbNext wishes to announce that the Company had from 3 October 2025 to 16 April 2026 disposed a total of 689,782 Ordinary Shares ("Shares") in 104 Corp for an aggregate sum of New Taiwan Dollar 153.77 million (equivalent to approximately RM19.99 million) only in the open market of the Taiwan Stock Exchange, representing 2.08% of the total number of issued shares of 104 Corp, thereby decreasing the shareholdings of the Company in 104 Corp from 3,187,063 Shares to 2,497,281 Shares, representing 7.52% of the issued share capital of 104 Corp of 33,190,700 Shares.
