We, on behalf of JFTECH, wish to inform that the Board of Directors of JFTECH had resolved to recommend a final single-tier dividend of 5.0% (0.50 sen per ordinary share) in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2014, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of JFTECH.

The entitlement date and date of payment in respect of the aforesaid final dividend will be determined and announced by JFTECH in due course.
