We, on behalf of JF TECH, wish to inform that the Board of Directors of JF TECH had resolved to recommend a final single-tier dividend of 5.0% (0.50 sen per ordinary share) in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2015, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of JF TECH.

The entitlement date and date of payment in respect of the aforesaid final dividend will be determined and announced by JF TECH in due course.
