Reference is made to JF TECH’s announcements on 28 September 2016, 12 August 2016, 21 April 2015, 7 August 2014 and 27 June 2014 in relation to a Complaint for Patent Infringement filed by JTI in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California (“the Court”) against the Defendant for the infringement of United States Patent No. 7,059,866 entitled "Integrated Circuit Test Contact to Test Apparatus" ("866 Patent"). The Board wishes to inform that the motion hearing for the above suit has been set on 28 September 2017 by the Court. The Board will make further announcement if there is any material update on the aforesaid case. This announcement is dated 3 July 2017. |
