Reference is made to JF TECH’s announcements on 23 May 2019, 7 August 2018, 20 June 2018, 7 March 2018, 23 January 2018, 9 January 2018, 11 September 2017, 6 September 2017, 3 July 2017, 28 September 2016, 12 August 2016, 21 April 2015, 7 August 2014 and 27 June 2014 in relation to a Complaint for Patent Infringement filed by JTI in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California (“the Court”) against the Defendant for the infringement of United States Patent No. 7,059,866 entitled "Integrated Circuit Test Contact to Test Apparatus" including the Court’s judgement dated 19 June 2018. The Board wishes to inform that the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has today issued an order affirming the judgement in all respects of the District Court’s decision on 19 June 2018 and dismissing the Defendant's appeal and JTI’s cross-appeal with no additional damages and costs. With this order, the case has now officially come to an end. This announcement is dated 16 July 2019. |
