The Board of Directors of JF TECH  wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Adoption of New Constitution of the Company at its forthcoming Thirteenth Annual General Meeting.

The details of the Proposed Adoption of New Constitution of the Company will be set out as appendix and circulated together with the Annual Report 2019 to the shareholders in due course.
